1 – WHAT IS EFT TAPPING

Emotional freedom technique which people often refer to as EFT tapping was founded by Gary Craig, it is an alternative therapy for anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), phobias, weight issues and some other conditions. EFT improves how you feel on the inside, mentally and emotionally.

Recommended treatment sessions:

  • 60-minutes for 2 sessions (minimum)
  • Post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
  • Weightloss and health issues
  • Clear mental and emotional blocks blocks
  • Anxiety

2 – WHAT IS INVOLVED IN AN EFT SESSION

Each session is one to one and either on line or face to face, the session  involves tapping specific points on the body,  on the  hand, head and the face, in a particular sequence. While doing this, the person focuses on the issue that they wish to treat. It is a very simple technique and I have successfully treated many patients using it.

3 – WHO IS EFT SUITABLE FOR

EFT is suitable for all ages from around 5 years old. I work with  a growing number of children and teenagers living with anxiety often arising from their perceived need to meet academic and parental expectations, stress in trying to deal with traumas both large and small. This often presents as behaviour driven by a strong subconscious response to avoid or mitigate further trauma.

4 – EMOTIONAL TRIGGERS

Emotional triggers can be the cause of negative habitual behaviours including phobias, eating disorders, weight gain, anxiety and PTSD. Once these triggers have been disarmed or neutralised using EFT the client is free to approach these issues without being overwhelmed by an emotional charge.

5 – PTSD AND EFT - POST TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER

EFT has been shown to be effective in disarming the overwhelming emotional triggers that can often result from witnessing trauma or dramatic events. This has been trialled successfully in a programme involving Vietnam War Veterans in the US.

6 – RELEASING CORONAVIRUS ANXIETY WITH EFT

Anxiety and stress can be debilitating and are known to deplete the immune system and through this pandemic we need our immunity to be as strong as possible. Using EFT it is possible to decrease or remove the emotional charge behind the trigger which leads to this stress and anxiety and therefore enable the client to remain peaceful, calm and have mental clarity

7 – GETTING EFT TREATMENT (ONLINE)

EFT is performed by practioners who have learned to understand and work with the many different aspects of tapping and how to apply it for optimum results.
If you or someone in your family needs EFT I can treat you online via video call (Skype or Zoom).

8 – DO I NEED SPECIAL EFT MEDICATION?

No. EFT is a holistic health treatment. No medication is required in this treatment. However I do encourage you speak to your Dr before making any changes to your prescribed medication, to lead a healthy lifestyle, eat well and ensure that you are getting enough sleep.
